NCC's logistics concept operates with three main components in a warehouse and logistics property:
- A warehouse and logistics section with the opportunity to establish a service department and a technical room etc.
- A tailor-made administrative section including staff facilities.
- Manoeuvre areas and parking areas.
The point of reference for the concept is an optimisation of conditions which are already known, e.g. legal requirements and building components. Examples could be the legal framework for high bay warehouses without demands for installation of sprinkler systems, or the choice of the right materials and quality levels.
Based on NCC's vast experience within the area, the concept includes all the typical requirements for a warehouse and logistics property which are already, up front, described on the basis of a fixed standard.
Thus the description of the concept acts as a tool for the tenant, for NCC and the advisors so that the customer's wishes and needs can be incorporated very early on in the decision phase.
Naturally, we can also develop individual properties with unique architecture and technical specifications such as heights up to 25 metres etc.
