The inherent complexity ranges from preparation of master plans and outline designs to dealing with municipal and local plans, parcellation, decontamination where necessary, clearance and finally through to execution of the plans. Furthermore, urban development involves forming strategic partnerships and collaborating with investors, authorities, landowners and users.
