System Leader, Purchasing Systems

Your new challenges
As System Leader you optimize the use of our Nordic purchasing systems. In your role you do this by supporting the users on how to work with the Purchasing systems and by driving continuous improvement work. The System Leader also takes part in strategic development projects to represent the purchasing users. As a member of the Purchasing Systems Team, you’ll work with representatives from all Nordic countries. We are part of the central purchasing function at NCC, and you’ll be representing the Danish part of the function.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Support internal as well as external users on how to work with the Purchasing Systems - no technical support
- Working according to our development process, where you:
- Collect and register system improvements
- Describe requirements and prepare material for development
- Test new functionality
- Promote, maintain, and develop the purchasing network in the local organization
- Maintain and develop the Super User network
- Train users when needed, provide updated user guides and education material
- Take part in strategic development projects to represent the users
- There will be an opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow in the role

Experiences and skills
We believe you have a postgraduate education, and you are confident in using digital tools. Preferably you are experienced in setting IT requirements and transforming needs into concrete actions, as well as from an agile way of working. Experience with purchasing systems is considered as an asset.
You’ll be mainly working towards the Danish organization but since you are part of a Nordic team and you will be reporting to your Swedish manager, it is crucial that you can express yourself well in both Danish and English. If you speak Swedish, it is an advantage.

The role is permanent, and you will be placed at NCC’s head office in Søborg, Denmark. The position requires travelling 2-4 days a month to the other Nordic countries and within Denmark.
